Get Connected is the UK’s free, confidential helpline for children and young people under 25 who need help, but don’t know where to turn.
At The Carphone Warehouse we have always been about connecting people, helping them realise what’s possible in their life. That’s why we support Get Connected; our chosen charity partner for the last 10 years.

Get Connected helps children and young people with any problem they may be facing. Last year alone their team of volunteers took more than 43,000 calls and replied to over 6,000 emails and webchats, giving information and emotional support for a wide range of issues.
It’s so simple, with just one call or click anyone in the UK under 25 can get access to practical, or emotional support on their terms by phone, text, email or webchat, 365 days of the year. They can also look for help themselves online with Get Connected’s WebHelp 24/7 service, designed to help those who are not yet ready to share their problems.
